Symone and Joe’s Story

When Symone and Joe inquiried, I was so excited to hear I’d be back at one of my favorite Omaha wedding venues and talking to them made me giddy. Their fashion sense, style, and love for each other was something to look forward to! Boy, oh boy, it did not disappoint! Symone and Joe’s wedding was flawless from beginning to end thanks to their vision and the work of Rachel. J. Events and Catalyst Rentals! They are the sweetest couple and that certainly shined through on their big day. Happy Hollow Country Club is home to an already elegant and timeless wedding backdrop, but their team really went above and beyond to make it gorgeous. Surrounded by her bridesmaids in black, Symone got ready in a long, lace robe that was a perfect combination of fun, flirty, and classic. She certainly set the tone for the rest of the day!

During the wedding

They had their favorite people at their sides all day long. As the two opened up the letters they had written for each other, tears flowed but so did the laughter. The amount of pure joy on Symone’s face as she read the words Joe had written for her is unmatched! After reading her letter, she took some time and spent it with the two people she calls her best friends: her mom and dad. It was the sweetest surprise to see them all walk hand-in-hand down the aisle. Following the ceremony, we wandered through Happy Hollow’s grounds, finding all the little spots for intimate portraits and quiet moments before heading over to the reception, ready to dance the night away!

After the wedding

Following the wedding I had the chance to sit down and create a printed viewing of their gallery! We ordered a custom, Italian linen, heirloom box to house physician prints of the wedding day. The box was the first time they viewed their wedding photos and was saved as an heirloom to share with their parents and even future children. This is a final touch completly unique to Erin Ren Photography: you won’t see another photographer offer it. We are honored every time we are able to give this once in a lifetime experience.

With Symone’s well thought out fashion, the intimate moments between her family, and the gorgeous backdrop of Omaha’s Happy Hollow Country Club as the wedding venue, we knew the only way to see the wedding photos for the first time would be in print. It was the best and most magical decision. It is always a treat to be able to hand the couple their wedding photos in print for the perfect date night.
